Better BMAP
for the Santa Fe River Springs

The Florida Springs Council concluded that, since the State was shirking its responsibility to produce credible plans to clean up impaired springs, FSC itself would demonstrate that a plan for springs recovery can in fact be achieved.

The result is this report.
