On Tuesday October 18th CBS news reported on our upcoming hearing that will take place on Thursday, October 20th relating to the Nestle/Seven Springs water use permit.
"The members of the Florida Springs Council (FSC) will be in court this week as they look to protect Ginnie Springs.
The current owner of Ginnie Springs holds a permit that allows them to pump almost a million gallons of water a day and sell it to the company Nestle."
